I have taken loan against loan no 27702310079827.I have completed all formalities for ECS but Fullerton never used it and imposed surcharged and penalty as bouncing and late payment. You have admitted this. for your reference find attached mail regarding this. So it is not my fault so i am not going to pay penalty.
