It is very painful and shocking to get such an embarrassing experience from the transportation service. My household item was packed from Mumbai on 9th Dec. 2018 for Bhubaneswar, Odisha and after many query and worry for the where about of the transport agency/driver, the item was delivered on 26th December 2018.
Whole period of transport was 18 days and I got my furniture totally in fractures . Regarding this I tried to contact the office and transport agency over phone but not accessible and send complain through registered post with acknowledgement but the address was wrong and it returned back to me after a month.
I even went for support of insurance claim they came for survey based on their opinion I have sent email about this loss and requirement of FIR copy but no response I received.
Insurance company need FIR copy for insurance claim settlement. This is a big loss for me.
The item was almost Rs.28000/- and I have given Rs.17000/- to the transport company.
THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN COMPANY WEBSITE DOESN'T MATCH WITH THE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE RECEIPT
