Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
Sainath Enterprises had approached me for AC annual maintenance contract after my warranty contract expired after one year of my Panasonic AC. This new contract was entered on 08-Jul-18 and first servicing was done on the same day out of their four servicing as per the contract.
But since then no body has turned up to visit my place for the second servicing of my AC even after eight months from the first servicing.
Requesting you to do the needful. Attached is the contract bill.
