Respected Sir,
I paid my annual fee of Rs 480 by debit card to receive sun tv channels through the mobile app sunnxt.
money having been credited sunnxt office has failed to activate.
repated try on customer care only led to answering machine directing to email .
having emailed , till date no result
sunnxt has failed to activate after receiving payment.
there are no proper communicating channels to enquire, its all closed , oneway communication.
Ipaid on 28th March at 7:00pm through HDFC internet banking.details enclosed
