Sir/Mam, I have booked a new TataSky DTH connection with one year package of Rs. 4599/- from https://www.onlinedth.co.in/ site order # 12526 on dated - 01.03.2019. But, after several call from myside they are saying that there no such package is available. So, I requested them for the refund, but they are not refunding my money as of now. I have called several times to their service centre (9729991751/52/54/64), either no one is picking or it says number is not reachable . Please help me to get my refund. Regards, Biswa Ranjan Das
