Myntra locked my account - sona1234567@outlook.com on 29th of march 2019

i have many open orders /pending refunds/myntra credits/prepaid orders in that account

they have violated their terms n conditions by denying me size exchanges and returns for the products i am not satisfied with which is clearly against the rights of consumer

i tried contacting them through customer care but they are not reverting to my queries

however, i was promised a call back within 24hours but the call is still awaited after 5 days

kindly help me unblock my account so i can settle my orders
