At the time of Purchase of washing machine, there were advertised of 15% cash back on washing machine and same was also informed by Sales Mam that 15% cash back will be credited in the account directly within 90 days of purchase but after 90 days cash back is not given, i approached CROMA Store for the same but now representative of CROMA Store is showing me CROMA Policy and deny me to give cashBack which is not justifiable, further sales man is also left from CROMA store since.

Please look into the matter.
