Dear Sir/ Madam, On 1st April 2019, i had made an excess payment of Rs 1699 for my Jio subscription by mistake , the payment was made through internet banking from my HDFC account, When i called the helpline and requested for refund, they say they do not have any refund policy and the excess will remain in que till my current subscription expires & will automatically recharge. Sir, my current subscription will expire only next year & i do not want the excess amount to remain in que, i request to have the excess amount paid of Rs.1699 to be refunded to me at the earliest possible. Am a senior citizen of age 72 years & it is truly a wrong way of doing business where i have paid in excess for the product and they claim they cannot refund as they do not have a refund policy, i have been consistently following up with their help desk since 1st April 2019 until today , their response is still the same that no refund policy & even if i exit their plan the excess amount will be forfeited but not refunded. Sir this is clearly abuse of power by a big company like Reliance JIO to fleece senior citizen like myself of their hard earned money. My humble request to help me resolve this issue at the earliest possible. Thanking you, A.R Menon
