Complaint Details
They say that they deliver box of happiness but it has been a really disappointing experience for me.
A. Do not stick to their delivery timelines, website says 7-8 working days however for my order they took 4 weeks to deliver after numerous follow-ups.
B. There is no customer care number active the only mobile number available on website doesn’t answers promptly, even the mail revert takes weeks to get back.
C. The quality of the mid rings was terrible, no finishing, had black rough stains and no shine. The picture shown is far more attractive than what is delivered.
D. The wrist watch sent was more for menwear and not at all girlish. However the picture on website again is very attractive and product sent is all sham.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from them even in discounts or offer, it’s a waste of money, time and energy!!
