Complaint Details
On Sunday, 17 Feb 2019 I booked Ticket for my visit to Jaipur from Mumbai with Jet Airways through the EaseMytrip.com website and I paid the full fare of Rs. 10974.00. Now when i called the Customer Care of EaseMytrip on 18th march as i was unable to trace the PNR, to our Shock the JET AIRWAYS has cancelled the flight without stating any reason without alternate flight arrangements, a FULL REFUND has been requested. As i lost 1 complete month, the new fare is almost double as i paid Rs. 20646.00 because all the other arrangements has been already made for this travel and i cant cancel at the last moment. I have attached 3 Files for your reference and review.

May i request your help in getting the Refund of excess amount paid back asap.
