Complaint Details
I booked a flighted ticked on 8-Feb-19 from Jaipur to Surat for Spicejet flight (SG2763). Passenger name was Miss Deepika Dheer. Initially I tried to pay using Google Pay (UPI), Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDS6t2TZg to Goibibo account: goibibo1@icic for amount 2693. Amount was deducted from my account, but booking was not confirmed. It was stated that I’ll receive the refund within 7-10 days. Till date I have not received my refund. My bank has confirmed that it was successfully paid to the merchant.
As the ticket was not confirm initially, I have paid using my Amex Card, transaction ID: AT190400009000010110891, post which my booking was confirmed. I have tried to follow them up on multiple occasion but they are not refunding my amount
