Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Ankit Agarwal here, we are living in Flat Number 1703 Casa Elite A-Wing Lakeshore Green Lodha Palava City Dombivli East Badlapur Pipeline Road Khoni Gaon - 421204 Mumbai Maharastra INDIA since last 1 year but till now here in this area there is still not any mobile network connectivity i am always finding it lot more difficult to speak on Airtel and Vodafone Network. Jio has very poor data speed connectivity in our area please kindly do the needful immediately to install the Airtel and Vodafone Mobile Towers in our residential area so that at least we can speak on Airtel and Vodafone Network. Now at this moment we are hardly getting any Airtel Network also not getting any Vodafone Network anywhere nearby our residential Area.

Please kindly immediately install the mobile networks for all the above mentioned Mobile Networks as soon as possible so that at least we can speak on Airtel and Vodafone networks when we are at nearby our residential area and also internet browsing at Jio mobile data usage is also at very slow speed please kindly also install one additional big size Mobile Tower of all the above mentioned mobile service providers because now at this moment we are facing a lot of problems because of no mobile connectivity and poor connectivity.

I have few days back has requested for availability of Jio Giga Fiber Internet, it would be really great if the Jio Giga Fiber Internet service can be made available in our reidential area as well.

I am writing this email to RERA customer support team as well because we are feeling like cheated by the Lodha Group because they have only given us the key of the house at the time of possession but has not done anything to improve the Mobile Connectivity because we are not able to communicate properly with anyone since last one year because of NO Mobile Networks connectivity of Airtel and Vodafone Mobile Network and it could be really great if internet speed of Jio could be improved when we are nearby our residential area then we are now getting very much low internet speed while using Jio internet and not getting any mobile networks of Airtel and Vodafone when we are anywhere nearby our residential area. We have already reported about this poor service quality to all the above mentioned service providers customer support team but soon after registering complaint for No Mobile Network Connectivity or Very Poor Mobile Network Connectivity the customer support team automatically closes our complain which is not accepted under any circumstances.

Because i am now very much tired of reporting complaints to all the above mentioned service providers since last one year but nothing has been done till date to improve the Mobile Network Connectivity in our residential area Flat Number 1703 Casa Elite A-Wing Lakeshore Green Lodha Palava City Dombivli East Badlapur Pipeline Road Khoni Gaon - 421204 Mumbai Maharastra INDIA

It's a request to each and every department responsible for installation of Mobile Tower and improvement of Communications infrastructure so that each and every can communicate with each other with any problems. Because better communications is essential for smart connected nation. Please kindly take immediate steps towards building problem free communication system in our nation.
