Complaint Details
We are Jetking Franchise Owner from CG Road Center - Ahmedabad. Jetking is cheating with us on not paying our Franchise margin as a Franchise partner on all the Jetking business. They are sign fake agreement with us and committed for 70% margin from all the Jetking business but they are not paying those amount and taking entire business amount under name “ JETKING INFOTRAIN LTD” from customers. Mr. Preetish Gupta is handling Marketing and they give us BIG FAKE Commitment when he sign the franchise agreement and they take 8,00,000/- against the franchise fees.



They are stop business with us at CG Road center and they sale same franchise with new partner on existing location and they take new Franchise fees from both of the Franchise partners. They are applying same practice with all the partner in India, currently they have 100+ franchise partner and they are making money on this type Froud. As per Jetking Franchise requirement on Infra Setup, we spend around 40,00,000/- (Fourty Lakh) and one year business LOSS approx. 36,00,000/- (Thirty Six Lakh).



At the time of Franchise agreement Mr. Preetish confirm for Advertisement 50% payments Jetking will help on marketing, Till date we are waiting this amount from JETKING. Mr. Preetish confirm 500 Students on first year and 1000+ on second year as per this FAKE commitment we spend money but finally result is ZERO. Mr. Preetish commitment is fail on every time and finally he make drama and pass our franchise to other partner and blaming us on wrong points.



Currently we are working on one Government RUSA Project – Ahmedabad – Gujarat with Jetking team (Mr. Govind Sharma, Mr. Avinash Bharwani, Mr. Vedant) , under the NSDC skill program. We are start this project with 5 Collages on last year. we are involved in this project on same model, we used our manpower plus our efforts on taking this Government project and we are paying running cost from our pocket. After project completion Jetking Receive Money from Government Colleges and still they are not paying Franchise owner partner margin. (70% on project amount). This Five college project amount is around 100,00,000/-(1 CR).
