My Complaint -

I am your existing customer (Your Cable Network Partner - "SAAJ CABLE VISION") STB S/N : 122121642651314.



I informed "SAAJ CABLE VISION" to provide me following channels -



1. STAR HINDI VALUE PACK (12 CHANNELS) - Rs. 49

2. ZEE FAMILY PACK MARATHI SD (20 CHANNELS) - Rs. 39

3. SONY HAPPY INDIA PLATINUM (17 CHANNELS) - Rs. 69

4. COLORS WALA MAHARASHTRA BUDGET (13 CHANNELS) - Rs. 25

TOTAL CHANNELS - PAY CHANNELS 62 & FTA CHANNELS 38 = 100 CHANNELS.



The above channels cost Rs. 182 (pay channels) + Rs. 130 = Rs. 312 + Rs. 56.16 (GST @ 18%) = Rs. 368.16



To my above request I received reply from "SAAJ CABLE VISION" on my whatsapp no. as below -



"We don't have rights till to remove channel from foundation pack so u will have to pay to ncf charge amount 60 rs

This reply clearly indicates that " IN DIGITAL" has not carried out required changes as per "TRAI NEW ORDER" and for which all the consumers of "IN DIGITAL" are charged illegally all over the country.



Please refer to my complaint dated 09.03.2019 against "SAAJ CABLE VISION" as -



"This complaint against above referred cable operator on following issues :-

1. Misguiding the consumers on channel selection
2. Always intended to extract extra NCF amount
3. Not providing full & detail information on the printed new forms
4. Exploiting consumers for their lack of knowledge
5. Very rude & arrogant

You did not pay any heed to my above complaint.
For your information, I have placed a complaint No. 3623233 with your "Consumer Grievance" helpline - 18602126456 with Ms. Hayat and also with Mr. Shadhan.

You are hereby requested to do the needful at the earliest. Further stop overcharging immediately and refund the excess amount your partners have charged to your consumers immediately to avoid future consequences.
