Since Last 4 Days this 43" TV of Videocon UHD LED VNV43Q549SA which is under 3 Years Warranty + 2 Years Extended Warranty of Vijay Sales is not working.

I logged Complaint with Vijay Sales,Thane on 20/4/2019 . Complaint Ref. No. is # MUM2304190182 and till date there is no response from Manufacturer.
Vijay sales Thane Customer Care officer only saying that Service Person will visit soon and resolve the issue but I don’t see any positive action from both supplier as well as manufacturer.

I am really disappointed with the approach of both.
