Dear Sir;
I have taken membership of Country Club for Rs.2,50,000/- on 18.08.2018( CCMU206ULTCLUB30LB59229 JIMIT. C GATHANI) from sales executive working with dakshina enterprise a franchisee of country club, i received agreement copy and membership cards from country club, but whatever promises or benefits they promised they dint gave a single, after so many follow ups and police complaint in january 2019 they agreed for refund. but till date they are still streching it for refund the vice president of country club hiram palati also gave approval for refund but the owner is delaying giving abrupt reasons. kindly look into the matter. attaching all the mail communication for your reference.
