Complaint Details
The ticket is wrongly booked in my (Survi Agarwal) name, though I booked it in my grandfather's name Radheshyam Agarwal. His age n aadhar card no's. Also I had entered. Just because it was my debit card from which I paid the ticket fare, but I am not the traveller. I booked the ticket on 16th April 19, immediately called them about the error from their side. Today after firing them on customer care number, after 12 days of continuous follow up, they are saying I will be charged almost 7000 for cancelling the tickets, even if it's refundable ticket. Total ticket fare is Rs 9983 to and fro. I feel harassed, and I am not the traveller, my grandfather who is a senior citizen staying alone in Kolkata, is awaiting for the clarity too since so many days. Tsecond issue; The ticket has come in the name of Survi Mehta, but my debit card details has Survi Agarwal and the online system automatically took the name Survi Mehta, though no where I mentioned it. Please see to it that I am not liable to pay such a huge fine, for their technical glitch, or auto mode. I hope Consumer Complaints redressal will fairly help me. Thank you.
