Complaint Details
I, 90+ senior citizen staying in Delhi have 3 Tata sky connections at my residence. For my convenience I buy an annual pack every year for Tata sky. Last year I bought for 14000 rs in October 2018 which was valid till October 2019. But Tata sky had scammed me in the name of some new TRAI regulation and saying due to the rate hike all my money is taken and only remained with 6000 Rs. I was never notified by Tata sky on this before it is just when I realised that my TV is showing less number of channels they told me about new regulation of TRAI. If there was a new regulation then I should have notified about it before deducting my money and let the choice on me whether I want to continue with Tata sky or not but this theif company found it easier to steal a senior citizen money. Now when my daughter had called to enquire on the same she was told that no money will be refunded. Whatever is gone is gone. This is not fair, if they couldn’t not stand up to the commitment how can they eat away my money. I am totally Harrassed I’m every day basis as I am so old and my only way of entertainment is television and I have been scammed by Tata Sky. I need my money back so I can probably buy other ethical service provider.
