Complaint Details
I gave a call to Medlife for placing the medicines order. Since it was first time I was ordering so I get 30%discount. The call centre person also confirmed about the discount and then i ordered at the Medlife call centre. When I received the bill i got 30% in few medicines and 12%,20% etc on other medicines. So Ihad hold the payment. When I approached the company they said we do not give discount on OTC product which was not informed earlier while giving the order. In fact it was told that company gives 30% discount.
