Complaint Details
On 16/03/19: Booked New wagon R CNG with Partial Payment of Rs 373683/-
23/03/19: Got an SMS stating the premium for the insurance has been received for your car, however no insurance company ever contacted me in this regard to get my consent.
25/03/19: I changed my mind and contacted Kiran Motors for cancellation of my Booking and refund.
31/03/19: I texted the same intent to the sales representative.
10/04/19: Raised a Complaint with Maruti Suzuki Customer care.
11/03/19: received the email from Kiran Motors confirming the processing of refund and would take 10-15days for refund.
24/04/19: I again wrote to Maruti Suzuki at contact@maruti.co.in with all the details.
25/04/19: I got another email from Kiran Motors with details of cancellation charges against the insurance and another 10-15 days for processing (email is attached herewith)
It may be noted I never authorised any insurance company for this insurance and how can insurance be made against a car which is yet to be registered for a consumer.
I have been continuously persuing for the refund of my money but Kiran Motors does not seem to have any intension of returning my money.
