on 23/feb/2019,Mr. Shushil Gaikwad (mob9619075848) informed that your electric supply disconnecting,i am paying regular bill , due date is on 01/march/2019,when i asked him he said that his boss informed to do so( also he has written on our society's regd. book and security person also informed like a bankers tone,, this incident made us to Vijay mallya’s category we feel shame in front of our society members, i am senior retired honest Indian citizen and these staff working for us, their behavior feel like a mafia/ banker , they should follow the procedure, i have several times complained in writing that i am getting very huge amount of bill so kindly rectify the fault, but these staff always riding on race horse and no prior intimation. Requesting to take action on them
I have given them in writing three times as well as customer care (complaint no.0000010215742), but they are not iterested to reply me, we have no value, they are counting us as a useless person, if in my place, any political person there, can they do this work ?????
My question is that why these staff are doing bankers job???, why are they spending fuel for nasty work, email and regd. mobile numer are with them, why are they doing monkey work with inocent customers????????
