Had book a ticket from happyeasygo from Delhi to Kolkata for 21st May, 2019, from air vistara airlines but due to medical exigency unable to travel and got an approval from vistara for full refund against my ticket cancellation. Called happyeasygo customer service and firstly the rep had place the call on hold for 3 minutes after taking down my issue stating that he will ask his team for the resolution, after which he did not provide any proper resolution and when I asked for supervisor I was denied to speak to a supervisor stating that they are busy and when I was ready to hold then this guy names Anand disconnected the call on my face. I have sent emails to happyeasygo attaching the approval email from vistara but there is no response from happyeasygo.
Kindly help me getting my refund from this chit fund company.
