Respected Officer,
A Speed post booked on 30-May-19 reached at NSH NEW DELHI on 01-May-19, however, its not delivered yet.Its been more than 10 days and I havent got the package yet. I tried complaining through their complaint portal, email, calls, and even Twitter, but no one takes responsibility for it.NSH Delhi dont even pick their call.How ignorant they are. I dont even know where my package has gone. Either India Post officials stole it for their own benefit or misplaced it.I dont know what to do.How irresponsible people are in India Post Delhi that they dont even bother to take their job seriously. Please look into this matter and somehow get my package delivered. You must have been in place without solutions as well but please try to understand my problem and solve it as a diligent official.
