Hi Guys!

I want to share my experience with Racold customer care and their abusive behavior towards customers.

Two months ago, i had an issue with my Racold Eterno DG geyer and reported the same to the customer care, a technician came and informed me about a circuit being burnt and that it would take a week. Two months and the part never arrived despite numerous phone calls to the customer care and the technician, i chased them for one month for the part and eventually they mentioned that sorry we cannot get the part. Some of my complaint numbers are 160403965 and 160405489

I eventually gave it and bought a new geyser from Flipkart India, the geyser i purchased was Racold Eterno 2. Post delivery, Yesterday, i called the customer care for installation who guided me to the authorized service center near me - SS ENTERPRISES. Mr Sagar Shinde from SS Enterprises mentioned he would come today for installation by 4pm. I called him at 2pm and he mentioned 'Oh i'm in another place, i will come in sometime' and hung up. I called the customer care once again who mentioned that please call the authorized service center, after a few calls Mr Shinde picked the call and said

"I will see what i have to do about it, You don't have to call the customer care, why did you call the customer care? Now i am not going to install it only, GO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND TELL THEM I AM NOT INSTALLING IT, GO AHEAD BH**CH**"

Racold India is a disgrace when it comes to after sales service and customer care, they not only are laid back, inconsistent and poor when it comes to service but also abuse their customers and threaten them.

Request you to please make a smart move when it comes to your next product and never buy from Racold
