Complaint Details
I have booked a flat in Godrej Properties. I have made a payment of 2l on 12th May 2019 and from date i am following up for receipt but no one is interested to entertain my concern. I am worried now where my funds have gone.
Also at the time of booking, i have made a payment of approx 1.8l from credit card but nobody chared me surcharge now company is saying they will charge 5% surcharge. They are bluntly saying that godrej has a sales policy that while booking flat you can pay any amount by credit card and company will bear the surcharge and after that customer will have to pay surcharge. THE SAME IS NOT CONVEYED TO ME AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Such unprofessional; behavior from a reputed builder like Godrej is highly regretted.
