Euro Vision Alarm system - Complaint No : 2012227341

We bought the Euro Vision Alarm system amount a month and half back. Mr. Thangaraju was the sales representative who sold us the product. We have been having problems with this from Day 1 with frequent false alarms.

In fact, couple of days after we brought the product, we had to come back from a vacation trip since the alarm went off and we had no way of switching it off. We continue to have problems with the alarm system with the alarm going off during the day and middle of the night. Each time the central command center would also call me, sometimes when i was in middle of my meetings, and it was becoming a huge nuisance. We have made numerous complaints and were given the number of Mr. Ramesh who was supposed to fix this. Ramesh has called couple of times but never come home to fix the issue. Ramesh now does not even pick the calls. Calls to the call center or even Mr. Thangaraju have not helped. The only thing that has happened is that the call center has stopped calling up when we have the alarm.

We have been told the model is new and the support people have not been trained to address this issue. If that was the case, why was this even sold to us in the first place. Given the nuisance this was creating, we have unplugged the power supply from the alarm system.

We want the company to uninstall the product and take it back and return our money in full
