i have ordered a watch from amazon by online payment,it gave me the delivery expexted date as 19/05/2019.but on 19th of may 2019,i have't recieved my order not even a call from delivery boy,but, i have recieved a mail from amazon that it has delivered my order.i made a call to amazon customer services for 5 to 6 times,each time they said that "we are raising a complaint for you".roughly at 6pm on 19th i made another call to the customer services of amazon.i asked him to refund my money back to me. but didnt accepted y proposal.in return he asked me to wait for 2 to 3 days.even i asked him to connect to his manager and asked him to give delivery boy adress,but he refused to do.after a long talk,he concluded that he delivered to me.but untl now i didnt recieved my order and i lost my money too.. please help me in this case..
