Complaint Details
On March 6, 2019 Vide their booking ref.EMT56268315, I booked 3 air tickets for travel on 30April from Mumbai to Chennai by jet airways - airline PNR refSBDTQR.Since the airlines cancelled the flights, I lodged my claim for refund with the travel agent for full refund. Jet airways also requested the travel portal to lodge the claim and get the refund. However, the travel portal failed to lodge the claim and my refund of Rs.10,319 is still not received. The travel portal is also no responding to my mails. please help me get the refund which they acknowledged is due to me but not fulfilling their obligation.
