Complaint Details
In a span of 2 days i encountered 2 such issues in Vidyavihar Dmart and Kurla phoenix market city. Even after purchasing products from them worth more than 2600 and 5800 respectively they charged me for the caryy bags. I even informed them about the rule passed by the court for not to charge extra for the bags they said they have not received any such intimation from their head office and charged me for carry bags.
