Complaint Details
I had gone for a facial to lakme salon in malad in the month of march. And while doing the facial the beautican hand slipped an i get a scar on my fore head.i did go with the lakme team to the doctor and he said it will cost me a lac of rs i rufused to put my face on stake. I had asked lakme to give monetry compensation which they refused an offered services. After 3 months they saying they can offer service of the same.amount i spent at the salon and the scar was an.accident and they cant do much about it
