Complaint Details
My family had booked a tour with Colours Holiday (proprietor Mr. S.Z. Khan) to Moscow and Saint Petersburg from 8th June to 13th June 2019 for 4 adults (Shomit Goel, Sonam Goel, Vivek Goel and Sonal Goel) and 2 children ( Abeer Goel and Naiyra Goel). Rs 3,00,000 had been paid to Colours Holiday online (transaction details attached) for making committed bookings.
However on 29th May, it was informed to us that no bookings had been confirmed due to some gross mismanagement by an employee in Colours Holiday organisation, As per our meeting in Colours Holiday office on 30th May 2019, they had committed to refund the entire booking amount (3 lakh INR) by 3rd June Monday. But this has not been processed till now.
After repeated reminders, we received an email from their lawyer on 7th June 2019 saying that Mr. S.Z. Khan, Proprietor at Colours Holiday (B-46, Office No. 1, Sector-63, Noida- 201301, Uttar Pradesh) is suffering through some financial crunch at present and they requested time till 21st June, 2019 so that he could return the amount. Also, they promised to return the amount after deducting Rs, 45,000/- as visa charges from the main amount.
However, even this amount has not been received and Mr. S.Z. Khan is not answering my family calls. We would request the relevant authorities to take strictest action against Mr. Khan & Colours Holiday to enable us to receive our full refund amount (INR 3L) and ensure that their GST / booking license gets immediately cancelled so they are unable to harass customers in future.
