Hi, Clothes purchased at visakhapatnam central color torned down, so we have requested shop to exchange with other product / refund money which we have return back in 2 days as per exchange policy. Shop guys are not allowing us to exchange atleast and responding very harshly and even we call to them terminating the call without hearing us. So we have raise a concern with care@mycentral.in , they also havent responded back to us till now. As per consumer policy, tradeperson/shop team has to respond and get back to us with proper resolution. But no one is caring about our concern. even the product is with them only.
