We bought water purifier on 17/07/2018 and after 3months it purchase the product stopped working and repeated complaints were filed and contacted customer service ,the service professionals had told the product itself is faulty but still tried changing filters by taking money from us but again after change the problem persisted and repeated calls the service professionals never turned up..liv pure official mail was sent to the company consumer complaints mail but the team did not respond.
Having two senior citizens at home without water purifier in Chennai ,they are into mental trauma without water...it’s beem one year of purchase but still not nobody is bothered to attend..
