I am using the Tatasky connection since last July 2018 and recently, observed that during the monsoon season, the connectivity is poor and repeatedly causes the disturbance in the connection due to bad weather. I have two major points to consider. (1) I am using Jio Mobile phone and using Jio TV as well. When there is disturbance in Tata Sky connection, Jio connection is perfect. This means the equipment being used by Tata Sky is of poor quality and may be old technology. (2) When I am making the payment of rs.505 everymonth for HD channel for my choice of pack and If I am not able to view the program, why Tata Sky is charging such heavy charges and not able to deliver the entertainment. If this is going to continue then I would like Tata sky to provide compensation in terms of discount of more than 50% in monsoon till Nov 2019 for their incomplete transmission and receipt issues in bad weather.
