Complaint Details
I complained more than 20 times to the customer care of Tikona company no responce from the concern team or the department. I even sent mail to CEO, CTO but no action has been taken. The customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help the customer in a timely manner. Each time when I call customer care executive will ask for 24-48 hours time. This is the 12th day I satrted facing issue. I am getting automated IVR call that my issue is resolved and they are closing my ticket without solution. I am attaching screenshot of my speed test and email sent to CEO, CTO of Tikona for your reference. Please help me to cancel my subscription and refund my money back.
