Complaint Details
I placed an order on Flipkart on 28 June 2019 which was supposed to be delivered by 5 July 2019.

On of 5 July, I received an SMS stating that the shipment will be delayed by three days and cannot be delivered. On the website, it was showing that the shipment has reached the hub nearest me which is Andheri and the item was supposed to be delivered in Andheri itself.

At around 11 I gave a call to Flipkart's support team and the response given by one of their team member Saloni is that they cannot help me as they cannot do anything from their end.


Is this the kind of service I should expect after paying the money from one of the leading E-Commerce platforms. The support is pathetic and they couldn't give me a solution and kept asking me to wait.

I am attaching two screenshots one of Flipkart's webpage of Order status and another screenshot of their logistic partner which has all of the statuses of the order.

Kindly help me in this manner.
