i bought 2 policies from hdfc life name padmini sadagopan

young star uddan 20300191 and classic assure plus 20301437



1. The VIZZA insurance brokering services private limited groundfloor SRIDEV apartments NO 65 CIT nagar 1stmain raod Chennai Tamilnadu CODe : 00731100 are very very big cheat please cancel their license



2. When they called me I asked where they are calling from and they said direct HDFC so I asked them to meet in person and they mis represented as HDFC LIFE employee of Trichy Thillai Nagar Branch



3. They told me year end offer is foing on hence if we take policy for 1 lakh they will return back 10 thousand they didn’t pay me . Am least bothered about that the issue is they have put the maximum brokerage commission of 30% which is un imaginable. No client will accept for 30 % commission and they didn’t inform me and came to know only via HDFC redressal Officer ABINAYA.

8124360011. ( date 02/12/2018) she told she will raise a complaint regarding the agent and will help to process and from the IRDA operations department.

Mr.Ajay ( 417176) IRDA operations department ( date 02/12/2018) called me from the number 7871983311 and gave three options out of which i gave the evidence for the purchase of government bond and it was informed to me that the agent from viz will repeatedly call me and ask me to continue and the agents kept on calling telling me that they will loose the job but i didnt adhere to their concerns.

now the policy has lapsed and i got call from hdfc abinaya before 1 month for verification of address and still the policy is not yet cancelled and the money is not yet returned back and HDFC abinaya is not picking up the calls now and Ajay number is also not working.

i really feel cheated with the HDFC life and i dont want to continue with their policy. kindly ask them to refund my money back.
