Complaint Details
I open Demat and trading account on 9th May’19 in Motilal oswal, Account No is EAOPE27087. As per suggestion by RM & Traders about trade guide signal (TGS). I subscribed as per His/Her suggestion. They promised the TGS accuracy to be 80% to 90%. But sadly the accuracy is hardly 35% to 40%. I trade as per TGS signal and I booked loss on that trades. and also done 5-6 Trade as per advice by RM Advisor of Motilal oswal and accuracy is hardly to 30 %.
I don’t want to continue work with motilal oswal. And kindly deactivated my TGS & kindly refund amount of TGS after deduct 20 days prorate basis charge.
