Dear Sir,
I am a hear heart patient and under great stress due to unproffessional attitude of Chisel Fitness, Gurugram.

I had paid an amount of 54000.00 (fifty four thousand) for my son's membership. He was supposed to take a trial of 4-5 days and then start his membership from today 01.07.2019.

My son developed several physical and psychological problems during his trial, some due to the trainer, some due to the infrastructure. Taking all those problems, my son has decide NOT to continue with his membership.

The gym pwner is not returning our money and the Invoice he provided us has no mention of terms and conditions.

Please help Sir so that we get our money back frm the gym owner.
