Hi Team,

My WiFi is completely stopped working since last fifteen days.. I complained about your pathetic services everywhere but nobody bothering to even mention the reason of this disconnection. your customer support staff put my call on hold for two minutes & then run away cowardly without even informing customer that they are disconnecting your call. what the hell is this joister. I am your yearly subscriber & using your services before you even introduced yourself in Mira Bhayander area. I was using London Broadband earlier & was satisfied with their on time services & prompt response on call.
You guys blubbered tall claims & mentioned your big name "JOISTER" in every conversation at the time of conversion. you are using same wires & same routers with big attitudes.

× Your internet speed is pathetic (I was using 2MB speed earlier with London Broadband & was getting better speed & connection than your claimed 20MB speed)
× your services are pathetic
× your executives at joister connect customer service are pathetic
× your call center agents are worse & full of attitude


please take this seriously or I will forward it to consumers redressal forum, Social Media platforms & concern ministries for your frauds.
