I purchased a Mi Home Security Camera from the MI application on 18th of July. The product was delivered to my residence on 19th of July and received by my wife at around 17h00. Upon returning home from work and opening the parcel and product, I noticed that the product was a table top camera that I was unable to mount on the wall. I immediately contacted MI customer care on service.in@xiaomi.com requesting them for a return or a replacement as the camera was not useful for me. Upon contacting their customer service represtative, I am told they do not have a refund or replacement policy INSPITE of providing incomplete information. The don't have reasons for not mentiononing that this is a table top camera that cannot be mounted on their website. I DEMAND A REFUND/ REPLACEMENT.
