Complaint Details
I ordered food in swiggy, but i received some other item instead of what i ordered. I raised this issue to them through their customer care service, but they denied the replacement and i feel cheated.

I have paid Rs.179 through online payment for this order. I feel they have cheated me as it was their responsibility to check and deliver the order, but it dint happen.
