Dear CFBP,
This is with reference to the above Subject matter. I wish to state that, had placed an Order No. #92668 Dated 11-07-2019 for an Amount – INR 999 with M/s. Great Indian Saree – Surat. I had ordered Adhesive Pink and Green color Soft Silk Designer Saree – Qty. 1 No. but in return received a Polyester Saree on 15th July 2017 via Ekart Tracking No. ITLP1000000454.
Thus I had written a complaint email for refund twice with M/s. Great Indian Saree Email Id: greatindiansaree01@gmail.com on 15-07-2019 & 16-07-2017 and also called a couple of times on their Customer Service No. +91-9016515196, +91-9510478343 & +91-7698355054. But regretfully the call was unattended / no response.
Then I had visited some of the Indian Complaint Websites such as https://www.consumercomplaints.in, https://www.grahakcomplaints.in, & https://voxya.com etc. for lodging a complaint against this Ecommerce Site and found that the complaints are already flooded. And realized that, only complaints will not resolve mine and other complainants issue, legal actions should be initiated against this firm. Thus I had approached your goodself for arranging the refund and also take a strict action against this firm by banning this company in India.
