Complaint Details
I wish advise that I had purchased a bungalow in a bungalow scheme called SAI RESIDENCY, Katta, Malvan, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra State in 2013. This scheme was developed & built by Mr. Nitin Nerurkar, the owner of his company called Mangirish Estates having their H.O.at Bandra (E), Mumbai 400051. While constructing the bungalow, he asked me to opt for their additional works like bison bars, paver blocks and plantation at additional costs. He had did said works and charged me double than market value but I didn’t argue with him keeping in mind it is for the good sake of my bungalow.
The possession of bungalow was given in 2015 and the keys of my bungalow were with the house keeper employed by M/s Mangirish Estates as it was not possible for me to pay frequent visits to the site as I was staying in Mumbai. In 2017 under guidance of Mr.Nititin Nerurkar, brand new water pump, mixture, Tap & other small accessories were taken out of my bungalow by his staff without keeping me informed or without my permission.
In March 2019 when a buyer who wanted to purchase my bungalow had inspected bungalow thoroughly and informed me that above said items were removed from my bungalow. Said buyer then purchased my bungalow and installed above said missing items and then asked for reimbursement towards the it. I paid Rs.8500/- to him immediately and then asked Mr. Nerurkar to pay it as said items were removed by him. Mr. Nitin nerurkar had agreed for it and promise me to pay said amount. Since March 28, 2019, I have been chatting with him on WhatsApp, sent at least 40+ msgs to him as he was not picking up my repeated calls. All the time he had been delaying the matter by giving various excuses. I even travelled from Goa to his Mumbai office per his instruction as he said amount can’t be transferred but will be given in cash form to me. Accordingly I met him on July 11, 2019 in his office but again he refused to pay it by changing his mind saying amount will be transferred through on line banking.
Sir/Mam, I have still not received said amount. It’s not a question of this small amount to be reimbursed but a case of cheating customer by delivering false assurances and harassing for the misstate committed by him. I have got all his msgs on my WhatsApp proving how every time he had changed his mind and delivered false commitments to pay. From his this said behavior I then easily judged that he doesn’t want to reimburse towards the cost of materials which he had removed from my bungalow without my permission.
I request you to please look into this matter and initiate necessary action thereof.
