Complaint Details
Observed manufacturing defect in device in-built earpiece immediately after unpacking new Nokia 7.1
mobile set. Defect is unable to listen caller's voice through this device although sound is coming good
through speakerphone and when connection to Bluetooth earpiece. Till present 03rd July 2019 this
problem not resolved by Nokia HMD, neither repair nor replaced, as I demand for new replacement against
this reported manufacturing defect. My experience was bad at visiting Nokia service centre (Shree Jee enterprises) at ghaziabad. Representative behaviour was unprofessional and responds at threatening tone to me. Kindly request the council members toplease support in getting refund my amount paid for Nokia 7.1, I do not want this defective mobile from
Nokia. Also requesting for the claim per consumer law against Nokia HMD for the cheating and not
resolving the defect in mobile device within stipulated time as I log the complaint in next day of purchase to
Nokia customer care.
