Complaint Details
On 4th of June, 2019 I have ordered a HDMI anycast WIFI receiver for my T.V., but the product was defected, so I requested refund for it and after around 10 days I received a check of ₹800 on in my name, but I did not hold any bank account on my name so I was not able to withdraw the amount and the check was of Deutsche bank and there was no branch of that bank in my city, the nearest branch is around 136 km away. So I called Amazon customer care and he promised me that I will receive my refund in my bank account within 10 days but even after 15-20 days I haven't received any penny. So I again called them and then the agent told me that only check cancellation request has been requested so I need to wait of 10 days more, but again after waiting period I did not receive
my refund, then i called them again and they told me that they have requested my refund so i have to wait more. But again I did not receive any single penny so I called them again and surprisingly they told me that my check has been canceled yesterday (i.e., the day before i called them) so they promised me that I will definitely receive my money on 24th or 25th July, but today is 27th and I haven't received any money. I am tired of calling them again and again and hearing the same thing, it's been about 2 months and I am very tired from amazon. I have called them more than 4-5 times and always receive same response. Please help me to get my money back.
