Complaint Details
This is to get under your notice that i hve constant errors with Airtel for my mobile number +917777075852. I hve been charged extra everytime for the same. I hve to go with the haraasment and torture of getting my charges waived off. This has happened more than 3 times. I hve been callling and goin thru the stress and rectifying the same. It was jus just for the month of may june i gt my bill rectified and again on 25th june they again started my IR PACK which i hadnot asked for, i even dropped them mails few attached for deactivation. To which they said INTERNATIONAL ROAMING will get auto activated. I dnt understand such policies. Even though i had not asked for the same droppin them mails for DEACTIVATION they still kept the service activated!! And now they are asking me to pay the same i hve given number of mails and calls but all in vain.
I dont understand when a consumer does a mistake there is due charges added / calls barred/ outgoing barred... what is the consumer suppose to do and how is the consumer compensated when such big companies dupe them. I dont hve the resource to fight with such an organisation. Bt i also dont wish to let them go off so easily this time. Because i hve gone thru numerous stress and harassment cz of them!!!
