Complaint Details
I returned back the shopping goods at ZARA store , Fort , Mumbai.
Store gave me a refund card for Rs 2293/- in lieu of returned goods.
At that time it was not explicitly informed that the card is valid for one year.
Due to some personal exigencies I could notencash the card and when I went now they refuse stating that it has expired.
This policy of company is extremely unreasonable and unfair since they have kept the goods also and money also.
I am told that co. is keeping money from many such customers. The amount may be huge on Pan India basis.
Kindly investigate this unfair practice.
