Complaint Details
Company made us distributor in the month of September. And they have billed us in 12/09/2018 the amount value of Rs. 13 lakh after one and half months we have face some financial problem. And we have mailed to company on 5/11/2018 for cancellation of distributorship and all india manner Mr Rajeev tiwari assure us by telephonic conversation that they will return goods then Hitesh Sinha ex manager of north-east has requested us to return goods from markets but after that no one response us and in the company rules it is mention that seal pack and non activated handset will be return within 3 months of bill and we have requested him cancellation of distribution ship. and company also liable to pay us our balance amount but they not returning us til now.
