Complaint Details
I have made purchase of garments worth Rs 6,019.42 from Central, Dahisar on 20.01.2019. As per the terms of the offer, I was supposed to receive 50% of the amount spent i.e. Rs 3,000 spread equally over the course of next 10 months in my Future Pay wallet as cash back. However, at the time of billing the cashier has inadvertently erred in capturing my mobile as 9969255208 instead of 9969255108. Later upon realising the non-receipt of cash back and error in mobile number, I have raised this issue with the Customer Care but they have not redressed my grievance yet despite multiple followups and have said that they will not be crediting the cashback to my wallet. Firstly, I cannot be made to suffer for an error committed by their cashier. Secondly, this is a serious default on their part of a commitment made by them to their customers. Accordingly, requesting for a favorable and expeditious resolution. Thanks.
